Every good building starts with a good pad. If the pad isn't right, you can fight settling, water issues, and cracked slabs for years. We begin by listening to your builder's requirements and your plans. Then we clear the area if needed, strip off soft or unsuitable material, and bring the pad up with proper fill. Using our skid steer, we shape and compact the pad to the correct size, height, and slope so your concrete crew or builder can walk on site and get right to work.

Good pad work also means thinking about the area around the building. We grade the surrounding ground so water flows away from the slab instead of pooling against it. That helps protect your investment, whether it's a small backyard shop or a large equipment barn.

Because this is a critical step, we encourage you to be present or easily reachable while we're working. We'll check in about finished height, driveway tie-ins, and how the building will be used, and we won't leave until you're satisfied with how it looks and measures out.
